student loan question- it should have been forgiven

So I sent in the form that if I am disabled for 3 years that the NDSL is forgiven. The 3 years has passed- they are not after me- but it still shows up on the credit report.

Should I bring this up at the chapter 7?

Is there a form for bringing it up?

The bankruptcy court doesn't care what is on your credit report. It only cares that you list all of your existing debt. If the loan was not actually forgiven, it needs to be listed on your petition. After you sent in the form, did you receive confirmation that the loan is actually forgiven?
