There was a hearing today regarding your case - DIDN'T YOU ATTEND????
Believe me, I would be there..................
If your looking for a posting on Pacer that happened today - you probably won't see it till tomorrow at the earliest..... usually 24 hours later....

Please tell us that is was NOT your 341 hearing. You're case is dismissed if you do not attend that one.

Yeah, newbies have to be soooooo carefull - especially if the file pro se!!! So dangerous to file without an attorney......

Hope no bad repercussions on him/her..................

Maybe they get back with us and let us know.

Not attending that meeting is usually in any list of top 10 mistakes when filing bk.

This is correct. Even if they enter the information the same day, the court's server usually is only rebooted once daily, in the morning, to reflect new information and entries. When I was checking after my 341, I checked all nite. Then the server reboots at 6:15am, and once the website came back up, it was there!

I wasn't able to make it the lawyer was going I spoke to him yesterday. He is still in court for other cases so I don't know what happened yet. My new 341 is June something or other. We had been a 7 and converted to a 13 and this meeting was the Bully chapter 7 trustee trying to get us converted back to a 7. Minny you remember me don't ya??? My case is almost as interesting as yours..

Okay, know who you are now........ sorry about not remembering... remember the case, real hard remembering names.....

Yeah, that hearing your attorney can battle it out with the Trustee...... will be between them anyways.....

Should have been an interesting day in court over that one..... Surely your attorney will call you after while and let you know what went down...

                    Keep me posted.

When members don't post very often, its sometimes hard to remember who they are and about their cases.

Course the "ones" that whine the loudest are the ones easily remembered.... LOL..... and that includes me!!!

Pick one day a week, or every other week and check it then... That way you can keep your costs down.
