well nothing on pacer yet... the lady at the lawyers office told my husband yesterday that we have a hearing on the 25th. My husband is going to call back the lawyer today because they are dealing with my BIL on something as well and we want to make sure they didn't confuse us... so I guess that still puts us in Limbo... when I hear something I will update!

Don't just leave a message--leave a message that says I expect to be contacted by you within 4 business hours or by noon tomorrow or something more specific.

Well attorney didn't call back so I left another message and told them I needed a call back today before 5pm. I still have 40 minutes.. @@@@ Anyway I did talk to the secretary and she said that we should check pacer on tuesday because it wont post right away after the hearing. She did say though that we are scheduled for May 25th and we need to attend. (it isn't the 341 though) I am sooo nervous...

I know here, PACER only updates once a night.

Believe it or not, there were 3 cases called where the people were not there. One had the attorney there and she said, "I've been trying to get in touch with them, but have not been able to locate them". All 3 cases were given new 341 dates in June. They might get dismissed between now and when the new meeting was set, I don't know. I thought it was automatic for the case to be dismissed if you missed the 341 meeting except if you were dead.
