    No. Secured debt is treated differently. You do still list it where you list all payments made in the last 90 days on your petition.

    If you aren't current, expect the lender to file for relief from the automatic stay and repossess it. Even if they don't file for relief, all they have to do is wait 45 days after your 341 to repossess it if you aren't current.
