Attorney question?

Has anyone gotten 2 different answers from 2 different attorneys, about a chapter 7? for example: One attorney is adamant about certain filing rules, but the other one says that its not that big of a deal. Who's right in these determination?

Both are right actually. Answers are not just based on the letter of the law, but also experiences. That has been my experience, however i am in no way a expert.

Life is beautiful after discharge. Best financial move i could have ever made considering the financial mess i was in that is. I learned from my mistakes and pray to never go down that road again. I have taken life adjustments to be able to retire early and no longer work to keep up with the "jones's". I found out they were bankrupt too. Lol!
