When does the 60 day clock start???

I originally had a 341 meeting scheduled for 2/16 which was rescheduled for 3/5. I am being told that the 60 days starts from the original date of 2/16 eventhough the 341 meeting wasn't actually held until 3/5 ?

However, if your 341 has been delayed a month, the trustee may extend the 60 day period another 30 days. That happened with us after our trustee determined that we were an Asset case.

After the 341 meeting the trustee changed my case to an asset case. From my understanding, the 60 days to dispute dischargability doesn't change, just that creditors now have a total of 90 days to file a claim of proof, in case there is any money to distribute.

Yes, this is what happened with us, except our time for Creditors To Object was enlarged to 90 days. We would have hit the 60 day mark in mid April. Instead, it became mid June.
