    Expense verification

So I just filed today for a chapter 7, and after I signed all that paperwork one thing that stuck to my head was that if I'm asked to verify some of my expenses I really won't have any way to verify them.. Is this something that I should prepare for? The main thing would be rent I guess, I pay my aunt money to stay with her but theres really no supporting docs to back this if I'm asked to.. Is this something that could be asked for among other things?

Its probably assumed that you have to live somewhere and so rent is a typical expense. As long as its a reasonable amount, it probably won't be questioned. But it wouldn't hurt to start keeping receipts going forward.

Only higher-than-average expenses will be questioned. If you commute to work, for example, and spend $600/mo on gas (like we do!), you'll probably be asked for receipts. But reasonable, typical living expenses should be fine.
