In Oregon has anyone had to provide more than the one bank statement that showed your balance the date of filing? I am just curious as my 341 is on Friday and my atty said to just bring that one statement. I have nothing to hide, I would just rather be prepared with the documents with me than have to provide them later and worry. (This whole process has me SICK with worry!!) Thank you!

Hi there hnj....welcome. My trustee wanted to see just that one statement from the filing date.
I sent him that copy in the pkg of info and forms that he wanted to see weeks before my 341.
also had to provide him with the amt totals in my credit union of my IRA's...filed: 8/10 ...341:10/8/10 ... Discharged & Close: 12/9/10
