Ch 7 Discharged!
Feels SOOOO good. I can't believe how good. I wasn't ready for that.
Filed 11/30/11. My 341 was at the end of Jan 2012, I forget exact date. (I had to forget so I didn't dwell.) Discharged and closed 64 days later.
Prior to filing, like less than two months prior to, I used a CC for major auto repairs, so I was a little nervous since I'd already stopped paying my others cards by then and retained my atty, but I heard nothing from any creditors. Can't believe the rebuilding of my life starts now... LOVE this forum, and thank you ALL for the support and education. Every single post helps. I never imagined I'd be in this situation, but how wonderful to have a place like this to help coach one through it.
