Today Is Day 60!

Well, according to Pacer, we've been in "Awaiting Discharge" status for 60 days now! Does that mean that after today, we're home free? We do have a Reaffirmation Hearing next week, but our attorney says that shouldn't affect discharge.....but does showing 61+ days on the status prevent the UST from filing a TOC on us? (We were over median Ch 7 filing). I can't believe this 3+ month journey is almost over!! Thanks to this forum for keeping me sane during this time and helping me to understand everything!

The UST can't file a Motion to Dismiss after the 60 days has passed, unless it's for fraud. I would say that if it has been 61 calendar days since your 341 Meeting, and the UST hasn't filed an extension, then you should be good!

Today's Day 61 so we're in the clear!! Just waiting for it to be officially discharged, go to our reaffirmation hearing next week and then closure soon after that!
