Well, according to Pacer, we've been in "Awaiting Discharge" status for 60 days now! Does that mean that after today, we're home free? We do have a Reaffirmation Hearing next week, but our attorney says that shouldn't affect discharge.....but does showing 61+ days on the status prevent the UST from filing a TOC on us? (We were over median Ch 7 filing). I can't believe this 3+ month journey is almost over!! Thanks to this forum for keeping me sane during this time and helping me to understand everything!

The UST can't file a Motion to Dismiss after the 60 days has passed, unless it's for fraud. I would say that if it has been 61 calendar days since your 341 Meeting, and the UST hasn't filed an extension, then you should be good!Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
