    rental property and chap 7

hi all havent been on here but a few times, hubby and i filed chap 7 on 1/31/2012 we are keeping our home and relinqishing 2 rental propertieis. we were before filing, 1&1/2 years behind on payments on both houses one was rented till august of 2011 the other not since jan 2011, now i find myself separating from my husband and want to live in 1 of the rental houses one of them is lis pending. the one i want to live in is not even posted on court county records as even in any kind of default . can i get into trouble with the trustee or even the county for living in my own property as it hasnt even shown up on clerk of court site? i just need a place to live for free till i get some money saved up . any ideas for me or should i contact anyone about it ? i will have to have the power turned on and someone has apparently been mowing the yard so that kind of concerns me.i would ask my lawyer but h has been rather a dolt throughout this whole thing . any help or advise would be appreciated
thanks alland have a great day!

If you know that it is not about to be foreclosed then its still yours until the deed is changed. I do not see why you could not live in it at least for a few months anyway. So you are the one leaving the marital property? Make sure you are aware of all your rights and what happens to the property once you leave, if I understand your timeline then this debt should be discharged some time at the end of this month? You did not reaffirm the mortgage right? The best of luck to you!
