    You may find that your 60 day window for creditors to file objections to the discharge of their claims, gets enlarged to 90 (or more) days. This happened in our Asset case.

      Well, if the apartment was in your name, it's your legitimate expense, so that would be brought out. Since the Trustee is looking to find assets, you may now get a Rule 2004B examination so that the Trustee can question you more, under oath, about your assets. More specifically, about that conveyance to your fiancé.
