surrender car time frame

HI ALL,
Just hit on this site by chance ( or not) after numerous BK 7 question searches . So glad to have found u all! i had my 341 meeting Bk7 on 1/31/2012, live in FL have to surrender my paid for car, hubby keeping his van for work and can't keep 2. I cant afford to buy back my van only worth $3000 bucks but that is a fortune right now ! Does anyone know time line of when i have to give up my van? this is not a repo job as again it is paid for , any help mucho appreciated

Can you provide just a bit more info? did you make a counter-offer to the tt? What's your homestead situation?
Turns out they aren't getting as much at auction as they fantasized about down your way. Might be worth trying to negotiate.
