I need to reopen my BK-7 case which was discharged and closed about 9 months ago. My reason to reopen is that I needed to add two additional creditors. Does anyone have a sample Motion to Reopen BK-7 Case in Central District of CA? Thanks!

You're in the 9th circuit.
If, you were a no asset case, those debts are considered discharged regardless if the creditor wasn't notified.

My taxes were just offset for an alleged overpayment from 1999 of unemployment benefits by the state of illinois. I was unaware and have never recieved any kind of notice from them Do i need to reopen and amemnd the creditor list?
