Finally had my lawer file my chapter 7 today. What a relief. Not to just wait the next hurdle the 341 meeting. One creditor called me and I gave him the case number, lawyer name ect. He said they didn't care the wouldn't stop until I paid them Think I will ley my attorney handle that one.
On a good note we had enough in exemptions that we get to keep our entire income tax check and everythign else. That was nice to see.
