1099-C and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

I received a 1099-c today for a debt that was discharged in my Chapter 7 this past March. In looking at form 982, do I only check box 1a and then fill in the amount on line 2?

Also, I use TurboTax via e-file, does anyone know how to file the additional form 982? Do they have these forms?

If you are using the online version of turbotax, I am not sure Form 982 is part of that (free) package. However, the CD versions of the software should have it.
