341 11/29/11 no asset case is FL longer than 60 days

Any one have any comments or have filed in this district. how long was it for your discharge -
Relax, Young Grasshopper! Give it a few more days - most districts and Trustees process discharges in batches, and many districts (FL is a prime example) lag behind because of volume.

Yup agree - we are fl middle also and it took a few days after the 60 days. Little more patience - you are SO close! Congrats!Comment

we were in the middle district, we rec'd both orders the discharge and the close on day 63 in the mail together. but it runs hot and cold. our 341 was just a bit over 2 months fromour filing date, while most everyone else rec'd their 341 hearings approx. 1 month after their filing, so i just think it depends on how smooth the offices are running.
i'm sure it will arrive any time now.8/4/2008

Just checked pacer day 64 still awaiting closing.A big hope and prayer it will be soon it, reads nomeans no asset last entry was wells fargo on 12/28/11 relesed from stay.,,Comment

We were an Asset case, but that was NOT the reason for the hold-up for our discharge. The lack of a copy of our Marriage License in our file was the culprit. We found this out when 'Hub called our caseworker at the courthouse to find out if there were any problems. Once the license was scanned and emailed, we were discharged the same day--about a month and a half after we should have been discharged.
(And we had the copy of the license with us as instructed at the 341. When we tried to give it to the trustee, he said he didn't need it.)
