We filed in April and the chapter 7 was discharged in July.January 4th I received notice that our case is now closed. A big relief for sure. I take it we can go forward now and be prosperous- I hope. My DH actually got an unsecured card with a 750.00 limit and I have a 200.00 secured card.It feels so nice not to have to juggle payments around and shut the ringers off the phone if company comes over. This forum helped me learn so much and our attorney was fantastic. Good luck to us all!
