Sure makes it hard waiting and your patience takes a beating............
    Hang in there..................
I was looking at PACER the other day and all of the cases assisgned to the Trustee from mine forward are still in limbo status. He is likely tied up in 341's and all that good stuff.. He will hopefully get to them today..

    Keeping the ole fingers crossed.
    Thanks,

you might want to consider just calling the clerk and giving your case number and asking, I would imagine your district is organized by judge and you'll have a person assigned to your case. it could be a simple backlog of some sort and knowing that could help you.

I called and the lady on the other end of the line was apparently not in the best of moods!! She asked for my case number and simply told me is was still pending and then told me have a good day. Not calling her back!!

I guess today will not be the "magic day" I was hoping that it would be.. Maybe tomorrow..

Don't be too hard on her. She's a clerk who, even though she got Monday off, is still expected to get 5 days of work done in 4 days.

Yeah I gues all you can do is keep on waiting, if there is no bad news then consider it a good day.

very very true.. from everything I am gathering the cases are just backed up. no other cases from mine on 1/29 forward have been discharged yet. tomorrow the entire case schedule is for ch13's only and my Trustee is a CH7 Trustee so HOPEFULLY tomorrow will be the magic day for the good news.
              Thanks,

                      Gacreditguy,

PATIENCE, don't have a stroke this close to discharge................

I know its real hard waiting, but its a part of the process.......

Get yourself under control...... if you've not heard anything from anybody then your still "looking good" and ready for discharge.............

I would say that "the trip to Vegas for the New law meeting" that all attorneys/trustee's went too probably got all of them behind on everything.... it lasted a week I think....

So hang in there, take each day as it comes...............

                      Minny

"It's amazing the paths that our feet sometimes follow in life".

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

All good points there Minny.. I just wanna dance with you so bad!! LOL

I actually spoke to someone today and said all looks good and that they are waiting to a formality with the UST to be taken care of. There was a issue with the means test where it did not transmit successfully and he could not make a determination of presumed abuse. The means test was resent by my attorney and all that is cool. She said that is all they are waiting on and the discharge would be coming soon.

So, I will just wait and not kill myself.. LOL
                        Thanks,

Just out of curiosity, wouldn't it be a little late in the game even if the UST found an issue (other than fraud). I wonder why the UST even needs means test info at this point unless it it for statistical purposes.

likely just wanting to make sure all of the paperwork is in order.. you know, all those T's crossed and I's dotted.. The lady I spoke to said it was pending discharge once that is done.. I will happily wait.. :-)

GUESS WHAT?? Still waiting!! LAWD HAVE MERCY!!

I did talk to the person who handles the discharges/closings for cases for the Judge assigned to my case and she was so very nice.. She apologized and said this had "slipped through the cracks" and that she had contacted the UST's office earlier today and requested they file the information they need to get filed. She said everything was totally in order and only needs for them to get whatever they need completed and she will discharge and close the case. She said it will hopefully close today or tomorrow at the very latest. She again apologized for the delay and told me that she would call me as soon as she has it taken care of.

Could it finally be about to happen? I am getting excited boys and girls!
                                Thanks,
