    Pacer shows AutoClose Bankruptcy Case

    I checked pacer today and it showed this, Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution and AutoClose Bankruptcy Case. We were under the impression that he wanted some of our tax return for 2011 and a small amount of equity in a car. Does this mean he is giving up on getting it?

    I could not affirm this but the language certainly sounds affirmative. Don't sweat this kind of news. Keep checking for your discharge.

      I received the discharge on 5/17/2011 the others were added to pacer just yesterday.
