22nd. Haven't heard a peep from our lawyer. What happens? What do I do??

Just take the class and file the certificate as quickly as possible. The Clerk cannot not enter a discharge until the certificate hits the docket. The Clerk's office is a bit backlogged so, if you file the certificate within, say, two weeks, of the 60 day mark you should be fine.
