I am in a chapter 13 and have been for some time now...making all payments and everything...but due to a major income drop the Trustee gave me the option to convert to Chapter 7. So I am going to file the motion to convert to a 7...I just have a couple of questions that maybe someone on here can help me with.
Can I re-affirm a financed car?
Do I just need to file a motion to convert or other forms as well?
I did the Chapter 13 pro se and it was hard at first but I got it done and got the plan confirmed and have been paying...but with my little one sick it has been very hard to get online and do research. So...thank you all in advance for your help and advice.
