I see a lot of posts about credit card offers that people have gotten. Do you have to wait until your discharged or after your 341 to get one? Im not looking to get one anytime soon but eventually would like one to rebuild my credit.

IMO, I'd what until you were discharged...that's just me though. I don't know what the rules are as far as getting a CC during BK. I did read that some people obtained a CC after their 341.
