Discharged. How lomg before closed?

PACER shows that my discharge orfer was entered today.

Any idea how long it takes for the case to close and I can truly move on?

This is a no asset case and the trustee didn't give any indication that she be keeping it open longer than normal.

Maybe somebody in Missouri can tell you how long it took their case to close. But, go ahead and move on. The closing of the case is an administrative matter that you shouldn't worry about.

What matters is that you are DISCHARGED!! CONGRATULATIONS!

Happy discharge. I'm in New Jersey took 32 days to close, I ended up calling about it. Left a message for my case worker, she called me back in about an hour and told it was closing as we spoke. That was yesterday, so sometimes you have check up! Discharge is the main thing.

Thanks all. i just checked PACER and my case is closed.

It is finally over. And I think the best part is knowing that I did it myself and saved myself twelve hundred bucks. That will really help with making a fresh start.
