Today is 60 days since our 341! I know you dont always get discharged on day 60 but I'm getting antsy. Nervous, excited...just full of mixed emotions. I just want this to be over with so I hope it comes soon!

I wonder why it is taking them so long to close your case. Was it an asset case? Mine said no assets reported. Maybe you should call and check on it. I've heard others say they've done this and found out it was a clerical error and they were closed soon after. I am a no asset case, trustee has already said he is done with my case and got my discharge as I said 9/30. Maybe I'll call my lawyer to see if he can look into it, there have no other filings either, frustrating.Comment
