I have seen a lot of complaints online so I am worried.

If they are your current servicer how have they been?

When do you send your payment?

If you mail your payment did they seem to process it in a timely fashion?

I know when you stop paying them, they call REAL fast! We were getting collections calls within 2 weeks of our first missed payment.

This was before. 9/1 was our missed payment. We filed Ch13 today.

Nope, we're about 120K underwater. Surrendering it with the BK.

Our zip code got hit very hard. We bought that place exactly 10 years ago for 121K. It's worth about 85K now!
