My cousin wanted me to ask if anyone has ever listed QVC as a creditor, and if they had to return the items to them, since shes 3 months behind on the "easy pay" payments?

QVC as a creditor

Yes, she can list them as a creditor. Will she have to return what she bought? I guess that depends on what it is, how much she bought and how much it is worth. Hard to say without more information. If it's a complete set of bath towels she's had for 6 months, probably not. If it's a $1000 gold necklace or a computer she probably will need to give it back depending on what she can exempt. Just not enough information to say for sure and even then it depends on her state.
QVC, Fingerhut and Rent-a-center...all businesses designed to suck money out of those that can't afford it to begin with. It doesn't matter if you pay off your Fingerhut purchase early beacause the "pay it now" price includes all the interest that would of accrued had you not paid it off early at 25%.
I'm sure others will respond that know more than I on this.Filed 11/17/11 Chapter 13, 341 meeting 12/21/11. Plan confirmed 1/19/12 - DISCHARGED 12/16/15

I am pretty sure QVC uses GE Money Back for their financing - and I know lots of folks include GEMB in their bankruptcy!!
As to her having to return the items - the money was considered secured by the goods she bought. Chances are pretty good that they won't want anything back unless it is a 24k gold dog food bowl or something.
Make sure she checks with her BK attorney for their take on the situation!~~ Filed Over Median Income Chapter 7: 12/17/2010 ~~ 341 Held: 1/12/2011 ~~ Discharged: 03/16/2011 ~~Not an attorney - just an opinionated woman.

I bought one of those 24k CAT bowls. (nothing but the best for my 2 kitties) haha just kidding.
QVC is GE and i included them in mine. Actually i had not listed them cuz i didn't think i had any balance. thought i had paid off my easy pay balance.
But when looking at my credit report after discharge & closing. QVC was listed as IIB for $20. Guess i still had 2 more $10 payments.filed: 8/10 ...341:10/8/10 ... Discharged & Close: 12/9/10

Thanks for the replies, but she bought a laptop & a 46 inch hdtv. I think she said shes only made 1 payment on the laptop, and nothing on the tv? She got them with the "easy pay" payments, where they debit her debit card for the 5 monthly installments.Filed: 5/22/07; 341 Hearing: 6/27/07;

Electronics and computers lose so much value the minute they go out of the store it is unbelievable.
She will have to find exemptions for them to cover any unsecured portion in her household goods category - and list them as a creditor on her BK petition.
QVC or GEMB or whomever will certainly attempt to get her to reaffirm her bill with them. She should tell them to come pick up the stuff. It's a coin toss as to whether they actually will.
ETA: Is she filing a 7 or a 13? That may make a difference, too.~~ Filed Over Median Income Chapter 7: 12/17/2010 ~~ 341 Held: 1/12/2011 ~~ Discharged: 03/16/2011 ~~Not an attorney - just an opinionated woman.
