My 341 was exactly 2 weeks after yours so I'm assuming if one is denied I will get notification any day now. I forgot that if a reaffirmation is not approved that doesn't mean you lose your car. Thanks for reminding me. Im curious to find out what the judge says about 2 loans and even more curious what the bank will do. I am current on both and have never had late payments on either. I have been paying on my daughters for almost 4 years (was my car first) and paying on mine a year and a half. Common sense would tell me if payments are current then they would want you to keep the car and keep paying BUT on the other hand they know you can walk away from it at any time. I will wait to see if either is denied and if so I will call the bank. Thanks for all the input everyone. It helps me know what coming or what may be coming and how to prepare. It also keeps me from stressing too much.

On this same train of thought, my husband and I also reaffirmed our two vehicles here in Central Florida -- the combined payment for both is $450 per month and we have been current on them from the beginning. Some equity in one (within our wildcard exemption since we have given up the house) and the other one is breakeven or maybe a little equity (still within our exemptions). We received a report of no distribution and are awaiting closing at this point. I checked in Pacer and it states that both reaffirmation agreements were received and in compliance back on 9/8. Does anyone know if that means just that they were filed and reviewed and look good or that we are actually good to go on them? Central Florida is horrible when it comes to public transportation. We are probably several miles away from the closest bus line and anyone who lives here knows that they don't run 24 hours a day but the jobs here may require you to work any of those 24 hours.

Did your attorney sign off on or "certify" the reaffirmations? Or are you having to attend a hearing in front of the judge?
Our attorney signed off on our reaffirmation (no hearing for us!) and it was entered into pacer on our Docket Report in a manner similar to what you said above. After that, all we did was wait for wait for discharge!
Call your attorney's office and double check with them - you know it will make you feel better!
Good luck to you!!~~ Filed Over Median Income Chapter 7: 12/17/2010 ~~ 341 Held: 1/12/2011 ~~ Discharged: 03/16/2011 ~~Not an attorney - just an opinionated woman.

Yes, our attorney signed off on both agreements and the agreements did not have the hardship box checked. Our attorney gave us copies of the agreements after they were finalized and then I confirmed what was submitted by looking at them on Pacer.
Thanks!
