There is typically no review after the 341 Meeting unless you are audited. Even then, they are only looking at things up to the date of your filing. About 1 in 250 bankruptcy filings are selected for random audit.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

I believe your question is answered above; however, I'd like to add that you really don't want to be in a situation where you would (for instance) want to deposit a sum of cash into your account that had been hiding under your mattress.
Other than that, the court would take little interest in your bank accounts post-341, audit or no audit. A discharge does not forego the possibility of having a case reopened for cause if something fishy were to turn up.
