    Had my 341 meeting today

    The trustee asked how much our LLC was worth (less than nothing). Everything else was pretty much pro forma. He didn't even ask me several questions he had asked the others before me.

    It turns out that the clerk had been on vacation and hadn't processed the latest pay advices and bank balance information for several of us (my attorney had sent them in). So the trustee was continuing the meetings until September 15th but actually once they verify that the stuff had indeed been submitted they should send me a notice not to come back.

    My attorney says we're just waiting for discharge in about 90 days.

              It could be that the clerk that was on vacation is also the one that updates PACER. Also, we had a Holiday this week. Everything is behind a day....

                      Actually on September 12th PACER showed a notice of the continuance. I didn't find out until after the continuance time of 8:30 AM on September 15th. I needlessly panicked and spent Thursday Friday and today (Monday) trying to get in touch with my attorney. I just talked to him and he said they had indeed verified the electronic filing of the documents that the trustee was waiting for. He said that I am just waiting for the discharge and closing after the end of the time for the filing of objections.

                        Pacer now says that the Trustee has apparently finished with me. Deadline for creditor objections remains 10/31/11
