We have filed for Chap7 in this city. Can anyone please helps us with your experience and some of the questions you were asked?

Our lawyer has said that since we are well below on the means test we have almost nothing to worry about. I wish I could be so sure.

filed end of Sept last yr and was discharged beginning of 2011....just follow what attorny says and the waiting and worrying was the hardest part but it was not really necessary and what an incredible relief once you're discharged in about 4-5 months after filing if a no asset case..live in riverside county join PACER
