Filing Illinois Bankruptcy.. Help??

I am completeing my Chapter 7 papers to file as soon as I am done. I have a few questions(sorry, bare with me). Does filing bankruptcy protect me from going to Jail? Explanation, I have been found Indirect Civil Contempt by a small claims Judge. I assume that Federal Law trumps State Law, but just need to be re assured..
Secured Claim-is a debt that is secured by property? If not, what?
Unsecured Priority Claims-what debts get listed here?
Unsecured Nonpriority Claims-what debts get listed here?
