Preparing chpt 7 bk papers and under expenses ours are a lot higher than what is allowed. Vehicle maintenance, older vehicle paid for but it uses a lot of gas $135.00 to fill it up 2 to 3 times a month that throws us over right there plus our other older vehicle same thing. Would like to have purchased a newer vehicle but credit sucks. Our vehicle maintenance runs about $550 a month counting repairs and oil changes. Will the trustee disqualify us because of this, so worried but that is how it is for us right now.

Document, document, document. We don't know how your trustee will view that, but if you have receipts showing how costly the maintenance and normal expenses for your vehicles are, that would be helpful.
