    Ch 7 clock has started for me...

    I filed my ch 7 yesterday, and now start the process counting down to the 341 and then *hopefully* discharge day. This forum has given me more knowledge around the entire BK process, starting with the 13 that I had originally filed, and what I needed to do to convert to a 7.

    I will keep you guys updated, but according to my attorney, if all goes well, I should be discharged by thanksgiving

        Congrats jetsfan. My timeline is almost similar to yours.
        Filed August 20 341 on September 23 Report of No Distribution - September 24 Case Discharged and Closed on November 23!!!
