Will it tell me anything I don't already know? We're a no asset case and haven't had any issues so far. I've looked once or twice, but there's never anything different on there.

It does not hurt to check PACER as much as you wish. Keep below the 10 bucks fee though. If you have no change, the system is working on your behalf. No news is good news in a bk except for one item.
