Is it okay to join aquatic center prior to BK?

Hi all! Been absent for awhile, BK planning took a backseat to moving. Still reading, just not posting. Now settled in NC, and looking to join a swim center. I have lots of health problems, and the water is the only place I can effectively exercise. It will be $82 a month, but you are signing a one year contract. Plan on filing Chapter 7 in November, once we have both been here 90+ days. I don't want to get in trouble by signing this one year contract, but frankly, it's cheaper than the "Y" and offers more for the price. I realize I may not be able to get away with claiming it all as "recreation", may have to put some off it in the health category. Thanks for any advice.

Hello Strawberry - Glad to hear your move went ok!!!!!!

I'm no expert here, but I don't think it's an issue, especially if you need it for health reasons.
