I have a car loan that I intended to reaffirm. Upon filing my Chapter 7 with the courts I included the Statement of Intention. Do I also have to turn around a serve the trustee? This I have not done and it has been almost 30 days. I have since decided not to reaffirm but I understand that this is a proceedural issue. Will this be held against me at the 341. Nothing is showing on pacer regarding it but im starting to worry.
