My 341 was 13 days ago. After today 14 will have passed... meaning the UST time to object will have passed.
The only creditor to "threaten" to oject is a local bank who held a mortage on a house they forclosed on. From our 13 they have a $202k unsecured claim outstanding.
Well I received a note from my lawyer today, they have accepted our offer of $10k to not object.
Sooooo... we are really done. We do have 46 more days to go but there are really no other creditors who will object...
