15th day past 341 meeting

It's the 15th day past our 341 meeting. We haven't heard from our attorney and pacer hasn't been updated with anything since the ch7 trustees report of no distribution.

Can we take a sigh of relief now that no presumption of abuse was/will be filed and because of this no attempt to convert to 13 due to totality of circumstances will occur?

Hang in there, jeep. Now and then that crazy creditor waits for the 59th day to start a ruckus. I think you should be fine though, given the info we have on your case.
