Or, does it only notify if there is presumed abuse? We are at day 13 post 341 and there is nothing on Pacer, no word from anyone. Will it state the Means results (pass or fail) either way? Or does it only let you know if you failed?

No - PACER is updated by the trustee's office as paperwork is filed and recorded. The next things you would see on PACER would likely be a Notice of No Assets (hopefully) or another of several actions that can be taken by the Trustee. Your attorney should be able to explain what happens next.
My observation is that CA is often two or three weeks behind in PACER updates.
