Only open issue (as best we can tell) is the mortgage bank. They want $17k to not challenge the discharge. We offered $10k or no deal. My lawyer says they have a very weak argument (if none at all)...

It's a local bank that has given us hell for 2 1/2 year... while we were in 13. Our experiance has not been good at all. If there was one piece of advice I would give others considering BK, figure out how to start in the 7... And never let a law office convince you otherwise if the numbers work for the 7.

I wish I knew then what I know now... would have gone much easier.
