So our 341 went perfectly. Our situation is that we were in 13 for 2 1/2 years. All current.
Last week I became unemployeed. We have 5 children and a mortage payment. (We bought the house while in the 13... so presumed negative equity)
The trustee is from Ann Arbor.
He obviously understood our situation. He made several comments like; "good luck", "I don't know how you are going to do it", "No income with 5 kids...".
He ended by saying, "good luck".
You should know that we sat in the room for an hour and listened to the other meetings. And this guy drilled most people hard; but professional.
Not us... really didn't dig into much.
