    Vehicle

So, on our statement of intent, we stated that we were surrendering our Explorer that we are currently $10,000 upside down on. Our 341 was on 6/1 and our OTD is 8/2. It is currently midnight in Texas and I was just awakened by the repo man at our door to pick the explorer up. Doesn't Ford have to get the court's permission to pick the vehicle up? We have had NO communication from them nor was a motion for relief ever filed. Let me know what you think....

45 days after your 341 the Lender can reposses the car without filing a motion for relief.....

Yup, 45 days. Ford Motor Credit is very efficient.

If you listed in your statement of intent you plan of giving the car up, the ride is fair game.
