In most cases, the answer is yes, provided that the debt is a debt that can be discharged.

also, just wanted to mention. TAKE YOUR TIME. it may be a few more days that you need to review and re-review your petition, but make the very best attempt to have everyone's name, address and account number as well as amount.

you can alway amend a petition if something pops up as a "surprise", however, most atty's charge to submit the amended information.
