Just checked PACER - did not even realize case was closed until today!!! Was really worried due to State shutdown that it would take longer.

Still want to see that piece of paper - but feel that PACER info should be enough.

Did not report discharge because I wanted to wait until it was closed.

Thanks for the positive, tobee. I sure hope you are right. At the very least, I no longer have the threat of lawsuits and once my house goes into foreclosure I will be free to move wherever I want to. So much freedom now and I can finally breathe.

Still have heard nothing about the foreclosure, which is fine by me. I am SOOOO thankful I listened and bought enough staples to see me through for many months and now only buy the necessary items and food on sale to continue in that vein, so at least I will be able to eat and clean while I am waiting for the house to 'go away'.
