Can we do Chapter 7? Any other advice?

Don't have tons of time to go see several different attorneys. It would be nice to find one that will try the chapter 7. If anyone has any referrals that would be great!!! Thanks!

You might think you don't have tons of time to see severals attorneys but you really can't afford not to. Even if you take a week and make 5 appointments, one each night it will be worth it. You don't get a redo and you need to get it right the first time or else you'll be spending more time on the backend.

You should cancel all your auto pays now. Some banks will make you keep your accounts open for 30 days so that they are sure nothing is going to be coming through your account that you may have forgotten about.
