So my bankruptcy was discharged about a 3 weeks ago and yesterday I checked all three credit bureaus to make sure everything was accurate. It was so nice to see $0 balance on all my accounts and that everything stated charge off or discharged. I did notice something strange but good I guess. When I filed for bankruptcy I noticed that my student loan bill stopped appearing at my house and they stopped calling which I thought was weird since my lawyer said that my students weren't dis-chargeable. So my credit report shows on all 3 bureaus that my student loans are wiped clean but I didn't submit a hardship letter or anything for them. Would the trustee or judge decide to do that themselves?
