When to check PACER

Signed up for a Pacer acct when we first filed. 341 was last week Thursday, on Friday attorney contacted us to tell us the Trustee listed us as a "no asset" case.

When should I check Pacer next, and what should I be looking/hoping to see?

Hi Murphsmom,

I would guess that the report of no distribution will already show, you'll find it in the history or docket and it will most likely just be the wording without a link to the report.

Pacer can become an addiction from what I've seen some posters put here.......LOL. I actually go in about every two weeks. I check the Docket Report and once a month verify the Status.

The Docket Report give each step that is happening with your case. The status merely shows how many days till discharge. So far, I have not had any bills from Pacer by doing it this way.
I figured I'd best not become and Pacer addict and so far it has worked.
