Hi everyone. My wife and I recently filed a chapter 7 in NJ and our 341 meeting is at the end of the month. We are relieved in a way, and stressed out more than before in other ways. What an emotional rollercoaster. My question is concerning our credit reports. We get updates via email, and I was noticing some accounts read "included in BK" and some read "BK petitioned". Am I to assume 'petitioned' means they are going to object and be at the 341? Or is this just a different way to word that the account is included in the BK?

Your bankruptcy hasn't been discharged, that is why some are still showing "petitioned". The others just jumped the gun as reporting "included in BK".Filed Chapter 13 02/2006 - Confirmed 05/2006 - Discharged 09/2011
